Launched by Meraas in February 2025. A 3-bed townhouse first sold for a median AED 5.1M, and the 13 townhouse sales registered since the launch months have a median of AED 5.28M. Every number here is a Dubai Land Department registered sale.

Construction and handover
In September 2026 Meraas awarded an almost AED 1 billion construction contract for Phase 7: 130 villas with four to seven bedrooms and 142 three-bedroom townhouses, with completion expected by June 2028 (developer estimate as reported; confirm the date for your unit).
Buying off-plan resale: you pay the seller what they have paid plus a premium, and take over the remaining payment plan. Check how much has been paid, what is still due, the handover date and the developer's transfer conditions before you agree a price.
